Best vest with lumbar support?

Which vest has the best lumbar support? My back gets extremely sore after riding for a while (joy of being on the wrong side of 30) and I'm looking for something with a little support. I just bought a Gooru because I like the longer length (never worn if anyone is interested...size L 2008), but I'm thinking something with support would be nice. Any suggestions?

i think the jet pilot full-metal (murray's vest) has a good one in it.
im thinking the oniel revenge has one too?

Ya Murray's full-metal should have it. (I think it is called cell block?) Thats what my older Jet-Pilot vest has in it. At first it felt weird but now any other vest seems strange. I like it a lot.

Check out the O'neill Assault LS or the Revenge. Both offer great lumbar support.

also some of the BodyGlove vests have a removable one, like the eco vest. i have an older version of the eco vest, but i don't like it too much because the straps get twisted inside the hidden portions. strap twisting (even in the slightest) absolutely drives me crazy!

i am picky about it and will never buy a vest with more than 50% of the straps hidden in it again, so that i can un-twist my straps in the future. seems i am one of the only guys out there that feels so strongly about this though ;)

It has some really kool wrap-around kidney pad things too (i think some of BG other vests have this too?)

also the eco vest's eco-friendly materials seemed to stretch more than conventional vest materials. so IF you get the Eco one, i might recomend the size smaller, especially if you are just a little larger than the requirements for the smaller one

I haven't tried others, but I like my O'Neill Assault.

I agree with Jeremy I have an eco vest too. Everything he says is valid. My straps twist sometimes but more annoying is if the foam gets folded or twisted. The cells are kinda big, and they get folded. I think they have fixed it in new models. Also the velcro hurts your tummy. Good vest very light could be better.
