I'd love to do it, but thats gotta take some cajones.....Fortunately(?) my girlfried has mine hidden somewhere in her purse, so I won't be embarrassing myself anytime soon!

Getting old sucks! It gets harder to justify doing that kind of stuff........

That's over the top! Great idea.... How about posting some pics? In 1996 (or maybe 95) Shaun rode in Worlds Expression Session in a costume. FIrst year was his "Welcome back Kotter" and next year it was Elvis with real rockets on his belt.

Get a Tigger from Winne the Pooh suit. My son and his friends throw it one during snow ski season and the girls love it, they also like pulling on the tail. They got it at the Disney store.

There's a few crazy Seattle riders that go out each Christmas Eve Day and ride along the I-90 bridge in Santa and Elf costumes.

Midwest -- that "tourny" is usually held in October on Griggs Reservoir once water temps start getting a little brisk. Water was so cold last season we didn't have many riders and those that did get in, weren't too adept at rounding buoys.

Stay tuned for this year's event.

How cold is too cold? We went out at Morse Lake in Indiana the weekend before Halloween. The pictures and video that I posted were from that event. I recall that weekend was quite cool and darned windy. Chris Walker pulled everyone in his Supra SV21. Chris also let me borrow his dry suit – now I own my own dry suit.

We could host an event like that at the Scioto Boat Club. I could sanction the event with USA Water Ski as a "Learn to Ski" event for $25. The individual insurance for a learn to ski event is $5. I bet we could get No Wake and Sun Fun to provide tow boat and maybe even buy gas.
