So I went out to my boat to make sure the protective dust layer was doing its job, and I decided to take my driver's seat out and clean it up real good. I've never been able to get to the part that is next to the wall, and apparently the previous owner never did either. I was about to get ~80% of the crud off, but some is still there. I tried a general vinyl cleaner with scrubber, multiple applications of exquisite with scrubber, and finally, magic eraser and hot water. It faded the stuff a little bit, but it's still there. After all that I dried everything good and 303'd it. I know nobody sees that spot, but I know it's there. Any more ideas on lifting them? I'm letting it sit out in the sun tomorrow.

Try Biz laundry detergent & let it sit in the sun for a day.
