Ill be towing a 2007 MB B52 wakeboard boat, Fully loaded with trailer about 5200lbs. Ive got an 2006 Xterra 4x4 which says max tow capacity 5000lbs. Any body out there tow this weight with there xterra? Any problems?

i wouldn't try it if the boat and trailer are that much over the tow capacity... no experience, but just my 2 cents.

That's a lot of boat and not a lot of truck.

Things to think about aren't normal, everyday, no problem driving conditions. What you need to think about is how will the truck handle it if you have to swerve at cruise speed, and if something bad happens and your insurance company does the math on the weight, you'll very likely be on your own.

I have pulled our 03 SANTE with mine. Its not the best thing to pull it with but it will work. It will put a lot of ware and tear on it fast.
