So it's time to repack the packing in my boat. I went with the new Gor-tex dripless (http://www.skidim.com/prodinfo.asp?number=GFO1/4X24)

Now I think i remember how to do the replacement, but I was hoping somebody could run through the steps, so i don't miss anything.
