Wakesurfing Behind a SSV HELP?

I know this is in the wrong place in the discussion board but i think more people look at this thread than the wakesurfing one.

Any way to my problem.
I have a 2001 SSV. Factory ballast + 1000lbs in Fat sacs.
When we load it up with weight and people on the back left of the boat the wake is Huge but super mushy and not clean at all. It makes for a poor ride when wakesurfing. We have adjusted all the weight to different places but it doesnt seem to clean up the wake at all. We have tried speed anywhere form 8mph to 12mph and it stays mushy. I have heard all about the Left hand rotation of the prop but buth sides of the wake are mushy.
Anybody with experience behind the SSV I would appreciate the help.

Try turning slightly in the direction you are surfing on, it will clean up the wake and enable the wake to curl clenaly like a surf break.

already tried that. thanks though

try putting a couple people in the bow. It seemed to make the wake cleaner, it does make it a little smaller but a lot cleaner farther back

David is right. I surf behind my buddies 02 SSV and you need some weight up front. We usually fill the ski locker bag, the back left custom bag (about 500lbs), put two 350 sacks on the back bench seat as far as they will go to the left side, and a 550 sack up front. This is how we load it with just me and him in the boat. We pull at 9.5 mph. Nice wave, pretty long sweet spot. Hope this helps

Good luck. Once you get it dialed in, you will love the wake behind that SSV. It took us a while to find the right weighting but once we did it was great
