A good set of 6x9's

Hey there, I just got a speakerbox and I need to fill it with 4 6X9's. I need suggestions on something that will sound good and not break the bank. Also, I have yet to decide on an Amp so if you are running a good combo, please let me know.

I enjoy the Alpine 69LP Type R speakers. They are a little pricey, but they sound great and project sound very well. Plus they can handle anything you throw at 'em. I use a Rockford Fosgate P4004 4-channel to power them, just a word of advice...do not bridge these speakers. wire them individually through the tower. You have to run 4 wires, but it is worth the effort.

IMO...JL is the best...have you seen the new 6 1/2..they are a grand a pair...
