Wakeside has always been my favorite online boardshop but lately they've been a little unorganized. A month or 2 ago I got a hat that someone in Fl ordered and they somehow shipped it to me and this past week I found out my wakeboard magazine (I ordered the subscription through them) hasn't been coming to my house because they gave WB magazine some guy in Ohio's address.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

Another reason to support your local boardshop (if you have one).

It was this "stocking stuffer" bundle with a video, stickers, calender, subscription to the magazine and stuff liek that.

I've always been a real loyal Wakeside customer too but they've been going through some changes in their company later and they are no longer under the control of AWS but AWS just started up a new online company called activewake.com. They have better deals with the reward points instead of 5% it is 10% and they still have fast shipping and service. So it's still the same, Original owners and it's a better deal. Win, win and I don't fell bad for turning my back on them and giving my business to some other company.

How much does the rewards program really benefit. I've bought some things from wakeside and it seems like the rewards aren't really worth much. Granted they are better than nothing, but it's more of a marketing thing than anything right?

I ordered fusion clamps from wakeside, first they sent the wrong size, next the sent the right size, but 2 of last years model and then 2 of this years model- the fusion logo is in different spots. What a pain, I gave it to the guy on the phone and he ended up refunding me 100 bucks, so I was happy.
I figured they just messed up once, then I ordered a handle, and it clearly stated ships same day, I had to call them 3 days later. They said, oh yeah, that should have gone out, I will send it today.

After all that, I won't give them any more business.
