I'll try and get a pic of mine, but it's mounted under the dash, I wanted something out of the sun and the ocassional rain/weather.

just a little question? what is the pros to having a eq over not having one?

More control over your system. You cant really dial your system in with just the bass and treble on your deck, and who wants to make adjustments on there amps crossovers all the time. With an EQ its all at your fingertips. Just my $2s. Hey Rodney I blew my knee out but still down to go to the lake. Not working right know either so weekday mornings are cool.

I don't really even use my EQ as an EQ. It increases the signal from 1v to 6v which is needed to run multiple amps. The fader knob gets used the most blending between the boat and tower (allowing full bass output at all settings). A seperate bass level control knob is beneficial too. Auxiliary input direct allows for linking to other boats (or IPOD if you deck doesn't have aux-in). And the EQ too when you have an audio track lacking low end or screaming highs. It's probably the best $100 upgrade made to my system.
