Just finished taking my gf's 11 year old daughter to the Maven Session, hosted by the Miami Ski Nautique shop down here in Miami. She had never riden before and she actually did both the Saturday and Sunday sessions. The set up was great, the pros (Cathy Williams and Stef Tor) were great teachers and Kathleen (the LF rep) did a great job of making sure it that it was fun and not intimidating for a first time rider.
Check out the website and if you see any of the sessions in your area encourage all the wakeboarde chicks you know to check it out. The cost was only $50 for each 4 hour session which can't be beat.
Liquid Force has a great idea with these sessions and she's already looking forward to next year.
