Where do you store your boat for the off season?

I'm just curious where people keep their boats when not being used.

I keep mine at McClellan Indoor Boat & RV storage. Had it there for about five or so years. Good staff and facility, however, the prices have gone up the last few years. Think I paid about $135/month last year. I'm also curious to see what everyone is doing. It'd be nice to find somewhere for $100/month.

I keep mine year-round at Store Inside in Milpitas. The service is spectacular and security is second to none. Not the least expensive option.

I was thinking your garage ?
But I guess not now, I pay $125 a month in Woodland.

I know there is a place on Richards blvd. Just down the street from Discovery park and there used to be a few in West Sac also.

My shop is located inside the 24 HR facility in West Sac. Security and service from the storage side are both excellent.

My buddy keeps his at that new storage facility that looks like a fort in the middle of nowhere off 65. He said he was able to get them to lower the price and gor a really good deal. He has a covered garage for a 28ft boat.

When I was in Davis I stored at 24 hour in West Sac. Pretty slick set up.

Now I rent a half of workshop 3 miles from the hoise. $200/month and that includes 30 linear feet of storage. Owned by a Sherrifs officer so I feel pretty good.

I have heard good things about Superior Boat Repair & Storage in Rancho Cordova from a few different people.

Everyone should keep in mind that if they need any repair, maintenance, upholstery, audio or lighting work done to get it done in the off season. Most shops that have the space to keep boats for extended periods of time will not charge storage as long as work is being performed.
