I am not sure how that Avy would go over up in Canada. Haha
I would contact the guy above with the Tige 2100V. There are some downfalls of those boats but I think the positives outweigh the negatives. Here is the link to his boat.

Negatives:
Spray pockets=a little wash on the wake but from people I have talked to it is mostly cosmetic and won't matter to a beginner to intermediate rider.
Overall Quality=some say it wasn't great but I am not sure it was that much worse than anything else in the early 2000's. If it has been maintained and repaired whatever.
Tower=quite possibly the worst tower in the history of wakeboard towers. That said if it isn't broke than whatever. Just know it may have to be replaced at some point.
No internally plumbed ballast=this is a bummer but the fact is most internal ballast's in boats in the sub 20k range sucked to begin with. You might be better designing and installing your own custom version.
positives
-Large boat-Huge amounts of space compared to other boats of it's era. I believe they had a 102" beam which was unheard of at the time. Will blow away the Nautique supersports/SANs, 205V/Xstars and VLX's for interior space and storage.
-Deeper V=better rough water ride and easier to list for surfing.
-TAPS=you don't need ballast, just as the Tige salesman. J/K. It is nice though for getting on plane, rough water ride and adjusting wake characteristics.
-this particular boat has stargazer=up to date speed control. Nice.
Other Vdrives you might be able to find and are worth looking at besides the often mentioned SAN, 205V and VLX are the Centurion Elite V, Moomba Mobius V, Mobius LSV/Outback V/Outback LSV, Kamberra, Sanger v210, Calabria ProV(I believe there is one for just over 20k at pacific Nautiques in the Seattle area), Tige 21V, Mastercraft MAristar 210/230, etc... I am sure I missed a couple options.
For Direct Drive I would consider Supra launch/sunsport, Malibu wakesetter/sunsetter LX, Tige 22i and the Mastercraft 209/X9. I actually really like the features of the X9 vs the others. It is a wide direct drive boat and almost 21' long. The rear seat base lifts up and makes a huge sunpad like a vdrive which also allows for a gihugeous bag to be plumbed into the rear.
