Thinking of buying one for the second board on the boat. Anyone got any thoughts on it? We actually picked up an 08, but got the 52" and I'm thinking a 54 or 56 would be better.

Good board, my buddy keeps a 54 around and it works really well. He's a bit over 200# and while I feel it might be a bit undersized, it doesn't ride like it.

hmmm, what do you like about the board? This is actually going to be my wifes board, but she prefers the skyski, and only boards occasionally, so I want to make sure it's a good board for the other people on the boat. They range from 130 to 220. I also want to take a few spins on itto change things up a bit, and I weigh 220. I hate letting people use my slingshot, due to having to change my bindings around

Have you ever ridden any sling shot models? If so do you think it's more loose than those? My other option is pick up one of the beginer Ronix 2010 models, just doesn't seem as much fun

I've never ridden a slingshot or a ronix so i dont know anything about them but i rode the monarch one time and i was sold on it. I'm sad to see byerly go to a different foam this year this year on the monarch so im switching to the conspiracy and the marik nova core for behinde the boat good luck i've never met a person who didn't like that board
