I have the 330 hp in a 211 and feel like it needs a little more hp. Does anybody have some help on this boat? The elevation is around 5800. Thanks

might consider a different size/pitch prop for more torque under load and to compensate for the altitude? there are plenty of threads on this if you do a search.. good luck!

Check the hub of your prop, write down the numbers, call Acme, and they will tell you exactly what to change to.

It came with a 13.25 X 16V and I put on a 14.5 X 14.25 on it. Let me know what you think.

14.5 X 14.25 is the acme 1234.... that prop is a stump puller..

could be the attitude..

Do you think you need more to get outta the hole or on the top end? If you went to the stump puller and can't get outta the hole the alt is killing you. If you need more in the top end you went the wrong direction with the 1234/5 prop.

I think Mikeski did some HP increase things on his boat. New exhaust manifolds and maybe something else. He's on the board. Search him and send him an email.

I did change my exhaust manifolds but the prop change delivers the best bang for the buck. In my case I was also interested in the weight reduction.
