What does your vest have to look like before you can hit rails??

Just saying the 4 buckle vest usually is a give-a-way of someone who either:
A.) just starting
B.) has no clue
C.) has to borrow because they forgot theirs.

anyone who has been around the sport for more than 20 min. knows why those vests blow
