Wake World Live Chat?

so i was on facebook the other day, and they added a new "live chat" feature. it lists everyone who is currently on line, and you can talk to them sortof like AOL instant messanger. i thought that this would be a cool idea for wakeworld, either instant messaging or chat rooms. has this been discussed before? (sorry for not doing a background check, cuz i know someone is gonna pull up a thread on this)
just a thought....

Its nice cause you can still browse the forums and the chat window is still there. Its def nice cause you can get all quesitons comments out without tons and tons of forum posts.

it makes the fact that we don't have a chat room illegit. And idk what this illegitimate word is. Its the 21st century don't you know you have to shorten words.
