Any one have one of these monsters and what is the wake like. I Kinda like them and there in the price range Im looking in

It's the same hull as an X45. When weighted properly I love the wake.

Really? Its the same haul as the x45? I never knew that. I just thought it being such an older boat the haul would have changed.

What year(s) are you thinking ??? - that makes a big difference.

This holds true on new new ones but they've been making the 240 for like 20 years now.... so if you're talking about something from 1992, it will most certainly NOT be the same as the current X-45

If it is an older one, I would say you're better off with a Maristar 230 than a 240... especially if it is a 240sc. If it is the old one, make sure it is V-drive, some where direct drive which is not what you want.

Nick, were any of the old ones (92 era) v-drive? I thought they were all dd's

the maristar 245 is the same hull as the current x45. basically its like ordering the boat without tower, graphics and ballast.

as mentioned above, the 240 is a much older hull.

For a big DD dose it still produce a big wake if waited enough? The 240 that is.
