I think that the boat looks good, an we let our 5 year old pick out the colors. My wife wanted black and pink. I'm not one to have a boat that looks like the next boat on the water!

Looks great bro!! And very nice with the truck!!

I installed another sub and amp on mine, along with my old tower speakers and Roswell mirror arm. Finally put her on the lift and got a pull behind it.

Are you gonna be able to make it up to our Season Kickoff event next weekend? The IL. river is a great place to get those break in hours on it.

Thanks man, we are really happy with it. I'm supprized how well it handles. From reading some other posts on the boat, I figured it would handle like a pig, especially coming from our 93 SN. But it handles just fine. We had it on Dan's lake so he could show us the ins and outs, and the only major difference was that it backs normal and it catchs the wind due to the freeboard.

Where did you put the sub? We didn't order one because it was a free air, but we did get the 4 channel amp. I was thinking of mounting the sub on the kickboard and building a box on the back of it.

We won't make Mad Day's because the wife is working. But we hope to make it to boot camp or WF if it is ever scheduled.

The '06 handles like a totally different boat...I too am very impressed.

I have the factory free air sub under the helm and I have a factory Nautique Polk sub and enclosure behind the observer seat.

I'm loving my 21v too. Couldn't be happier. I do want to get another amp to power my 4 tower speakers and then use the other amp for the 6 boat speakers. Then close off that sub under the drivers side in some fashion. The base is drowning out because it's not enclosed. Supra 21v rocks though.. I love it.. the wake just launches you. Sucks down the gas when full loaded down and then adding 8-9 people. I think my estimated was 6-7 gals per hour. I do wish the tank was bigger. That 40 gal tank goes pretty quick.

So how soon will Skier's Choice discontinue the 22 SSV? I see lots of 21v's, 24SSV's, and all Moombas.

ok i was looking through all the pics on this and kinda got angry, im going to step on some nerves here, there are too many people with too much money and try to buy the best but just go off what they see on tv and pro riders there are just too many mastercrafts, correct crafts, and malibus. personaly i have a b52 and would rather have that than my old 05 bu or cc, rode behind a 05 xstar and hated it but to all there own. just thinking that people need save some money and get the better boats that dont charge for a label. if you dont like what im saying tough luck

NAW, did you miss the H2 in the background? .. Yes the H1 is way cooler though!

24ssv is "Big Pimpin'."

Hey NAW, give me your thoughts on the graphics on my SSV (see profile). I'm thinking about peeling them off (large graphic) and either having something else made or seeing if the factory can send me another. Although the total flame set up (like above) isn't for me, I do like the gothic Supra font. Thoughts? Thanks -
Old     (ripr)      Join Date: Mar 2002       05-25-2006, 7:43 AM Reply
Robb-the H2 must be for the Mrs...I see alot of women driving h2's. I don't know how they do it, but my wife was driving me home from a local establishment last night in my Yukon and the steering wheel was bigger than her!!

MD-That graphic isn't bad. The great thing about decal graphics is you can switch them every few years to keep your boat looking current. I wouldn't do a custom graphic, but would opt for a factory graphic from the current year.

6+ people and gear unweighted gives a fatter wake than my weighted I/O ever did. 10 hours logged and I blew out my knee yesterday... Ah, the joys of summer.
