I am trying to replace the blue drain plugs in my motor - Mercury 330 HP Scorpion, that the dealer removed last fall. I've found 5 of the 7 drain holes but I can't seem to find the last two. I've been hanging upside down in my engine bay long enough that my neighbours are starting to wonder. Any help would be appreciated, photos would be terrific (I do have the manual).

I have located the port and cylinder block and exhaust manifold plugs and one other one closer to the stern (not sure what it is called). I think the ones I can't find are (as labelled in the manual) the check valve, and the water circulating pump hose or the fuel cooler to thermostat housing hose.

Help! Thanks

I think there are two on the raw water pump, one on the inlet side and one on the outlet side, but if you lay next to the motor on the pass side they are right behind the fuel filter(looks like an oil filter) I believe they are one on top of the other, not sure about the rest, maybe hook up a fake a lake to your water intake and see where water comes out of the motor, there's only one way in and 2 ways out thru each exh manifold so that should help narrow it down, don't forget the little o rings too.
