I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the best way to weight an X25 to maximize the wakeboarding wake? Does it like a 50/50-40/60 front to back ratio?

Many thanks!

i think like 65/35 ish is best but i like a steeper wake, we run 500 in front and in each locker.

i also prefer a steeper wake and feel a little down on pop with the wake when stock, especially coming from my tige to my friends 25. i would recommend the 500, 500, 500 over stock type of set up cuz it gives you a bit more lip and a really nice transition give it a shot. it may struggle to plane off if you have the 350 though just a warning.

lol. I don't think that will cut it for Jay and crew. These cats run like 6,000 lbs in a Natique 230 and ride at 27mph..

1500 on top of stock ain't gonna do the job.

hahaha well in that case, make it 1000, 1000 1000, add a bow sac on top and then a 750 in the main lounge and itd probably be kickin'
stock is like 450 belly, 2 something in the tanks in the back.

i guess im not good enough to need more than 2.5k in a boat...

This will have the 6L Illmor engine in it.

I'm thinking we'll fill up rear lockers with as much as they can handle...maybe can only get 500 on top of the factory ballast (lockers don't seem that big)?
Could probably do two 450's in the rear part of the main cabin (run them length wise with the boat). Then maybe a 375 pound tube sac in the walk way, and then about another 750 up in the bow?

That would make:
1500 in the rear.
900 in the back part of rear cabin
450 belly
375 walkway
750 bow

Seem about right?
