I had the same problem, I would get close but never be able to grab it. Just think about the grab and only the grab! My tantrums are much bigger now and feel much better when grabbed. I think it really forces you to edge up the wake to. When I cut I think grab the whole time, ride up the wake and watch yourself grab the board before the flip. If you have your tantrums down it will just come naturally and actually feels more natural after its grabbed.

Try off the Double Up. You have to change your approach, instead of thinking about throwing it backwards you need to take your chest and shoulders up and aggressively pull your knees up to get the grab.

w2w is fine. just look at the board when you go to grab it and you won't be chasing it.

square up.....pop.....look at the trees.....kick your knees into your chest as hard as you can! the grab is right there...grab then throw ur head back a little and bam! indy tantrum.....I think that your problem may be that you are throwin your head back before you get the grab....the grab will make you tuck more and spin faster so dont worry about getting around just look straight to the shore. let us know

I can do Indy tantrums but I prefer stalefish tantrums you don't have to grab then flip. Stalefish tantrums are really unique and they are really fun if you take them to blind

Get the grab RIGHT AWAY.... just over crunch, you'll prob over-rotate but at least you'll get the feel for where you need to be

Try looking at the spot on the board that you wanna grab before you go off the top of the wake.
