I'm currently using an HP pavilion and running windows vista which I have had no problem with until recently. It all started when I try and sync one of my ipods; it keeps giving me an error where it can't find the drivers. The options to fix the problems are, insert disc that came with product or search computer for solutions. Obviously ipod's don't come with disc's and when I try and search for the drivers nothing comes up. I can hook up another one of my ipods with no problems and it will sync! I even tried to put my scan disc memory stick from my phone and I get the same error. I guess I will break down and take it in but I was hoping someone on here might have suggestions or possibly had the same issue and how it was fixed! Any help would be appreciated
