Cope & McPhetres bankrupt??????

I just heard about this a few minutes ago. Anyone else heard this rumor? I went on their website and they are liquidating everything. I have a $200 gift card that I need to use ASAP before they go out. I guess the Rocklin store is already for sale. Does that mean anything for Ultimate too? Who has the scoop?

And I guess I'll be the one to clear the air on my own posting, I just called the Santa Clara store to get the facts. They did file Chapter 11, but the company is not shutting down. They are just doing a restructure and did shut down a few stores. So it sounds like anyone who bought a boat from Copes will still be able to get warranty work done without any issues. And I can still use my gift card whenever I want. Sweet
