Shawn Denise has 2 other marinas listed and a 5 acre island near cruiser have. I love disco bay. My house is closing next week. It is gonna be cool having your boat ready too go all the time and have 2 other wakeboarding neighbors.

if you don't like lazy M...Holland Riverside is also for sale and so is Lindquist Landing all near Orwood...I am a realtor if anyone is a real buyer I'll save you a ton of money. they are big cash generators. tons of slips and room to expand... http://www.rockslu.com/
Remember Do not call the listing agent!!! they are the enemy...it is their job to represent the sellers and get them the highest price for it. I am not the listing agent. Thats one of the reasons I can save you big money on a deal like this.
