Drill new holes. I should post the pictures of my ballast install. I have three ballast puppies connected to three intakes. Two I drilled new, one was existing. Pretty easy

if you don't want to drill you can Tee into your fresh water intake line. I have 3 simer pumps running off of my intake and can fill all 3 while driving full speed without starving the engine of water. I have had them installed for 2 years and haven't had a single problem.

you need some basic plumbing parts to draw water thru the center drain fitting. Use bronze / brass fittings, not PVC

Get a short piece with male threads on each end to go into the 1" opening, a 90 degree piece, then a bronze shut-off valve. After that connect to your tubing, pumps, whatever, but you need the shut-off valve for safety. Use teflon plumbers tape on all fittings.

You could drill or add a manifold. I drilled. Each pump gets own thru hull. Here's my install: http://www.wakesiderides.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=17225
