a Front roll is a ts move where you rotate rail over rail in the same movement as you would do a front flip on a tramp.

a front roll; hit the wake ts throw your chin down and do like they said a front flip on the trampoline.

you can also do a ts front flip. this is a very rare move. personally i think its very ugly. you push your ear to the nose of your board and do a sort of cartwheel. a front roll is much easier, looks better, and is more popular. you have probobly seen it before.

if your still confused a good instructional video is higher education volume 2. they explain and show the difference between the two.
