13th Floor Mirror Mount

Hey, has anyone seen the mirror mount made by 13th floor? I understand it is pretty sweet. Anyway, I am thinking about buying one and wonder if anyone has heard of a better price that $150.00 and also, I was wondering if these mirror mounts, that go onto the tower, are sturdy or do they shake when the boat is bouncing in the water.

I saw the 13th floor mount in the new WB mag it looks cool $150 seems to be the going price for mount's As far as shaking IMO it shakes no more or less that the window mount. I have a FTC tower, with the Boss mirrior mount Depending on your tower ti might shake more or less. Either way it dosent seem to matter.

Do you have pictures of the 13th floor mirror? I looked on the website but couldn't find any. Pretty bad site IMO!

I put a Boss mirror mount on my tower and I love it. It doesn't shake or anything. It only adjusts in one plane, no ball and socket joint, so it only really works on the horizontal side bar on my tower. Keep that in mind, you might want to try out the one you like on your particular tower to see if you can get the mirror placement and angle that you want. I mounted mine in the only spot it looked right, turned out it works well there. It is a lot closer to the drivers face in my case than the stock windshield mounted mirror, which I like. You can see lots more of what's going on behind you with it closer, better wide angle view, and you can place it strategically to block the sun better.

I actually saw a picture of their mirror mount in the new alliance mag. I don't really like it. It was some wierd pointy deal that matches their towers. I'm going with the boss or airboom I think.
