well finially did myself in, every august/sept i hurt myself last year was a torn calf muscle and this year its a sprained knee.

last night were doing a session, im having a good run, but all i want to do is end it w/ a big HS 180 grabed, so i pop it big into the flats grab and oh no, im a big off axis, i land front foot heavy and didnt have much bend in the knee i look down and BAM my knee turns and twisht about 5 inches in towards the middle, didnt hear a pop, but i was in major pain.

so im icing like crazy hopefully wont be out long.

good luck. I sprained my MCL in early July. I couldn't ride at all for about two weeks and it still bothers me. Really stiff all the time. As long as it is just a sprain you should be riding again soon though.

well i thought it was a sprain, doc says Hyper Extended.

still is stiff as nails, getting better though
