I need some advice. I am new to all of this and looking for a boat for my family. I have found a 07 Supra Launch 21V for what I feel is a good price. The onlything that is wrong is that it has a few spider cracks at the base of the front tower mount. is this something that I should be concerned about

Probably hairline cracks in the gel coat, cosmetic like Brett said. The strength is in the underlying fiberglass , if u can get underneath and check out the mounts just make sure there are no cracks in the fiberglass and that the tower is thru bolted into a larger plate (usually aluminum) on the back side.

I was thinking along the same lines. The problem is that I can't just run down the street to check it out. Presuming the worst case scenerio, how much do you think it would be to repair?
