Hands down Don Pedro. I've never been to Don Pedro but have heard nothing but great things about it. I've been to Millerton and its not bad for a day trip but I don't know about the camping. Water conditions should be a lot better at Don Pedro as well as it appears to have lots of coves. Its a little further for you but well worth it IMO.

Don Pedro.

You can camp in the campgrounds, or you can go anywhere out on the lake and shore camp, just gotta pack everything in and out.

If you have a dog, they won't let you keep it in the campground, but you can shore camp with them.
