My policy is up soon with progressive and I'm shopping around for a cheaper rate. Any recommendations?

try BOATERS INSURANCE AGENCY, INC.
800-344-7488
my agent is: Sue Batistich [sbatistich@boatins.com]

I had progressive, allstate etc before and these folks kill those rates.

I have 28 K policy on my 03 Malibu, plus 2500 on the trailer and 2500 on boards, jackets and other valuables -- and my rate is $ 489.00 per year

SkiSafe.com

I use them for my 01 Super Air and could not be happier.

Boat US all the way! Very competitive rates and lots bells & whistles to go with (marina & West Marine discounts, towing, lobbying for recreational boating, etc.). Beat my Progressive by a few hundred a year.

I totaled my boat this year (hit a rock, took out a tracking fin, capsized)...

I have Ski Safe and they have been really great... This happened mid September and I pick up my new boat this week... It took so long because the sheriff's took so long to get the police report into the central office...

Boaters insurance was great for me. Deadger, do you have 0 deductibles on that stuff? I'm insured on an '07 Malibu vRide at $52k for a lot less than that along with the 2500 for the stuff in the boat.
