NAV and Anchor lighting problem.........NEED HELP!

I have a 95 Super Sport Natique that we just bought. The NAV lights and Anchor lights both do not work and the owner manual has nothing in it about troubleshooting lighting or any diagrams. I can fix a jet but I dont know jack about boats. Any suggestions??

Confirm there is power and ground at the bulb holders before proceeding any further. Then power in, power out, start at the circuit breaker and go from there.

the bulbs were good and I tried swapping out the C/B's but no fix? I don't know if its wiring or the actual assembly the bulb goes into. Can those go bad?

Do you own a test light or volt ohm meter? If not it is either time to invest or pay somone to diagnose your problem.

I do have access to multi-meters. Not a spark chaser but I guess just shoot from the assembly back? I just want everything to work right so we can ride.
