Will be taking delivery of a new malibu wakesetter soon and the dealer was unable to get backup lights installed on my trailer. Has anyone done this and where did you get the lights? I can't believe this is a really difficult job, but apparantly the trailer maker (Performance) doesn't have the technology.
Thanks.

You would need to do the waterproof backup lights, the same lights as your brake/turn lights on the trailer now. The hardest part will be mounting them. The trailer companies normally cut a hole in tubing to accommodate the light and grommet. Then you'll have to wire it up to your normal trailer wiring and add a 5-plug at the tongue. Will also have to add a 5-plug to the tow vehicle.
