Latest version of surf this. I will call this entry in the worthless waste of limited time and effort that could be better used to cure world ailments and poverty and work for world peace and find a plant that would be the cure for the next world epidemic.

Now, how are you going to bend the nose rocker in. I know we spoke about heating and bending all at once - what rocker template did you have in mind?

Blow torch for heat and just enough rocker to keep the nose from burying.

How much is that? What are you going to use as a form to bend pipeline over? How far back are you going to start the nose rocker?

PVC? That should be very strong. How are you going to bond the tubes together?

I think I am going to use all thread in several places to hold it together. I will probably fill the pipes with expanding foam to prevent them from filling with water. Should weigh as much as surfdoor when I am done.
