Wakeboards have gone through a number of changes over the years with foam, honeycome, etc. What are all the different cores that have been and that are now being used this day an age compared to the early years. I know the platinum is lighter, what's the difference? LF boards seem pretty light in general, are they a different core than others? Is Ronix doing something different than the rest? Just curious when loading boards in racks and all the different weights of set ups out there.

Anybody have any comments or am I the only curious one?

I don't really know. I liked my hyperlite honeycomb board but it would get handle dents in it. I think most places are still using foam core.
