I know, stooooopid question. But I'm just thinking of different options on using a lower pitch prop for a weekend?? I only tow up past 6,000 feet maybe once a year, and rather spend the jing on gas, lodging, etc....

Any ideas, or will I be O.K. just coming slow out of the hole.....(2006 Calabria Pro V)

Anyone want to lend me one? just kiddin'

Thanks

You should have a spare anyway, quit being cheap and buy one, lol...

I had a shop loan me one while my prop was getting reconditioned, but I knew the guys at the shop pretty well, I think there was still a fee built into the prop repair that covered the borrowed prop.

Thanks guys! I do have a slightly damaged prop I could take in to be reconditioned.........I think I'll see if they can hook me up with maybe even a trade, plus the difference in price??

I'll just try and time it for the same weekend!

(Oh, do you think I could ride with the stock prop at altitude???)

Thanks again.

I could see that being beneficial if you are trying to decide the exact pitch you are looking for.
