I wanted to post this to remind everyone of how precious and fragile life is.
My big brother, who would be turning 39 next month, passed away at his home doing yard work on April 18th. He was completely healthy and very active. He would go snowboarding every weekend and loved skateboarding with his son. The autopsy showed no heart attach or aneurysm. There is still no determined cause of death. We later talked to a doctor who described it as most likely cardiac dysrhythmia. He said that is the most likely cause of death when young healthy people are found without an obvious cause of death. It happens quickly and people usually just fall asleep and pass. He said at his hospital they usually get 1 a month. There is no way to predict it or prevent it.
I wanted to remind everyone to tell your kids you love them a little more and give them more hugs. Please look into life insurance and a physical if you havent recently.
Rest In Peace Travis.
