I am running a 13x16. And really like it. Didn't loose much on the top, but I only cruise 32-34mph max.

We just had ours re-pitched. It was the original 13.7x17.5 and my prop guy pitched it to 13.7x15.5 for $100 dollars. That beat the hell out of paying for a new prop and increased our hole shot speed and only decreased the top end to 42 @ 5000 RPM. We used our backup prop while the other was getting re-pitched. I had a hard time convincing my prop guy that this was what I really wanted. He said he has never had anyone ask to go down in pitch that much.

I have ran both 13.50 x 16 and 13 x 16.50 Each work very well.

Last year I upgraded to an ACME 517, which is a 13 X 16, 4 blade 1-1/8" pitch for my 2002 Pro-V. Hole shot is noticeably better, and top end is still over 40 mph which is plenty for us.

Who can afford to run a Pro-V at 40MPH anyway?

+1 for the Acme 517. It's a worthwhile upgrade even if you don't run a lot of extra weight. This prop should be stock on the Pro-V, but I think Calabria supplies the piggy prop in order to keep RPM's down on new engines.
