Looking for a nautique dealer to install a new motor in my older CC for warranty purposes.

Any reccomendations? I know nothing since I have moved out here. See you all on the water soon.

Marine Specialties in Sparks. 1-866-497-5924.
This is our local Nautique dealer Mike. Ask for Jim Canepa. I just met him myself recently, really nice guy. Check out their website also at Marine-Specialties.com.

Drive it down to Sac, 2hr drive, and see West Coast Correct Craft. They are the west coast factory. The best and honest work you'll find for CCs. And they have a 20% off labor winter special.

I will let you know Rodney, I am planning ahead as I wont get my boat out here until April.

Do a lot of people ride in Reno? I actually live in Truckee, know a great three man crew out here but always good to know more.

Yeah, we have the INT Amateur Tour held out at Lahontan Reservoir in the summer. There's like 5 or 6 rounds. You can pick up a flyer at the boat show in March from the Malibu dealer. I have some friends on here and WB.com that I go out with, and also a friend from work. We all have wakeboats. Lahontan, also known as the "mudhole" seems to be the wakeboard "mecca".

Lahontan is going to be about an hour and a half from you Mike, East on 80. Then South on Alt 95. Water isn't exactly crystal clear, but you can usually find the smooth stuff, even if it's windy.

Boca and stampede is closer for you, also Boulards Bar is great. I'm usually out every weekend somewhere. Ready for our Memorial day bash this year Rodney. Hopefully no snow this year.

Tim I know about the reservoirs, just curious about the scene down the hill.

When do you guys start riding?

I was out in early April at Stampede, the week after Easter. I just finished the break-in and had to try out the new ride. It was cold but worth it. If the weather is good I will start late March, early April. All depends on those low temps.
Lahontan is a good lake to go to early season because it warms up pretty quick, and as Rodney said you can usually find good water.

Might be able to try it with a Roam board!! The ramp was clean, just wet.
