Samson Towers-----Excellent customer service!!

I want to give a big thumbs up to Samson Towers. I have one of their towers on my boat. The bushings that go through the hull were getting worn out. I was doing my spring detail and wanted to put new ones it. I went by their shop with one of the mounts to show them what I needed. Scott hooked me up with a whole box of updated parts, new mounting plates, & even polish for the old parts. I was expecting to kick down a $100 bucks or so but he ended up cutting me a very sweet deal. I just thought everyone should know what great customer service they have. Also, their new shop is unbelieveable. Lot's of great stuff going on over there..............

i had a problem w/ their speaker clamps from a screw=up of my own. called scott and he sent me the parts to fix it at no charge and he even took care of the shipping. and i bought the speakers second hand --- Wonderful Customer Service... Thanks Samson Sports!!!
