I have to admit I put allot of trust (no not that much) in some of you yuys and when I read about Exquisite Vinyl and Upholstery cleaner, I figured I could afford to give it a try.

Well I got it in this week and tried it on just a small area and WOW! I can't wait to do the entire boat!! I have never seen something clean so throughly and easily. It even leaves the vinyl softer and has a decent smell. The wife thought I was wasting money until I asked her could she find the small spot and she notice right away.

Susan great product! I will be purchasing more and spreading the word..

ebay is the place I got it from.

I personally thought it was going to be a waste of money but its well worth it. I can't rave enough about it.

Is this a promo? I got the stuff and it works decent but not better than magic eraser.

nope..

I have been using M.E. for awhile and there is a big difference especially in the scrub time.

I didn't think my seats were dirty until I cleaned them with the Exquisite, it does work really well.

Cleaned a friends older Wellcraft and he could not get over how good his seats looked.

Good stuff.

Kenny,
I've used it for years. Glad some others are enjoying it as well. Better for the vinyl than the eraser too.
Kevin.

Im pretty sure Kenny is not the "promo" type if guy. I take his word and will be oredeing some today. I like the Magic Erasers but i know they do remove small layers of vinyl as they clean.

Does this work well with just dirt or stains too? We invited some friends out and they left a bag on one of our seats. The bag was blue and left a faded blue stain on my white seats. Would this work or do you guys have any other advice?

^^^Sam have you been drinking Bloody Mary's?
Old     (ghostrider_2)      Join Date: Aug 2004       07-21-2008, 11:38 AM Reply
I used it with the scrub brush it came with. I just sprayed it, scrubbed for a few minutes, then wipped it with the hand towel it came with.

I don't have any stains to try it on.

I will try to take some picks this week of before and after. (haven't done the complete boat yet.)

Can you do like the commercials? Half the seat and take a pic?

thats exactly what I plan on doing. I'm a very skeptical person like most of you.

Good evening fellow WW's, thank you for all of the kudos on the cleaner. I am glad you guys enjoy the cleaner. Note that if you have seats that have been dirty for a while, you may need to let the cleaner sit on the vinyl for a few minutes before scrubbing it. Also, it is necessary to use the brush with the cleaner. The cleaner has no harsh chemicals which will strip your vinyl of its coating which means you need to use the brush, working it into suds to pull the dirt away from the vinyl. This is the ONLY safe way to clean your vinyl, the brush will not harm the vinyl, although Magic Erasers will over time. Magic erasers strip the vinyl of its protective coating, a little bit at a time. If anyone would like to see some before and after pictures, a third party previously did that at www.wakeboatworld.com. Take a look at the vinyl cleaner showdown. The person who did this purchased the cleaner from reading about it on WW and decided to do a post on their website. As far as selling on ebay, that is the only place I sell right now; although I will send direct paypal bills for repeat orders. Have a great night, and Thank you!

HaHA!

I know where to get the cleaner with out ordering it from EBAY.
I Wait til Kevin Robinson is asleep, and then I jump over the fence and raid his garage. Can't beat it for the price!

Thekey to this stuff working good in my opinion is to let it sit for a few minutes then scrub a little.

I wish I would have known because I bought this stuff and thought it was no better then Meguiar's or anything else I tried. The only thing that worked was the ME.

Henry,
I guess I have to lock my doors now!!!:-)Two people at work just bought the product and love it as well. The key is to use a soft bristle brush with it then wipe it away.Keeps the vinyl clean and conditioned.
P.S. Henry are you done killing your kids with all of the yard work?

Mine got here Friday, havent had time to scrub the boat but i did hit a few problem areas mainly where the dirt collect between the cushions. I was very impressed how easily and great this stuff worked.

I ordered some to go with the million other 'get clean quick' schemes I have participated in.

I suspect the brush is the real winner here. I know with whatever I use, when I add a brush to it, it works 5 times better.

talltigeguy,
Check this review out. This is not a scheme. You should be happy with your results.http://www.wakeboatworld.com/

hey Kev
but the way, your gas cans are empty and the fridge needs more beer!

as far as the boys go, "idle hands are the devil's workshop", and I am too cheap to pay a landscaper.

I have used Duragloss products and had excellent results. They offer a marine line of products just for vinyl that work great. FYI, I have found the products cheaper on Ebay than their website.

I got my Exquisite a few days ago. My Tige has a bright white vinyl that shows every little dust particle.

I compared my old brush and Ducky cleaner with the new brush and Exquisite. There is pretty much no difference. I like the brush that came with the exquisite a little better. I think the real secret of the Exquisite is the brush, not the cleaner itself. Either the brush is what makes the cleaner or ducky cleaner is just as good.

I bought exquisite online tonight.
I got the concentrate and already have the micro fiber towels, now I need to get the brush.

can anyone discribe this brush?
is it just a nylon brissel brush or is there something special about it?
Old     (05mobiuslsv)      Join Date: Apr 2006       08-05-2008, 8:26 PM Reply
Nothing special just medium bristle. Go to any autoparts store and you can find it. If it's to soft you might as well use a towel, to hard and well you might damage the vinyl.
