HAHA ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

but on a serious note, white boardshorts in a dirty lake = sand colored board shorts.

white boardshorts look good when clean....but they get dirty really easily. There is nothing more ridiculous than having a dirty ass on white boardshorts from sitting on a dirty dock or at a dirty picnic table. just get something more natural colored or go with black.

I use spray and wash. Just spray it on there, scrub the shorts together for a bit then let them sit there for about 5 minutes. Then I throw them in the wash and they come out pretty clean.

I ride 3 or 4 days a week on a muddier river. The water is a brownish green - it's clean, just has a muck bottom rather than stone. My white board shorts get a light yellowish hue to em - and it's not from getting rid of hte beer before I ride.... To keep this from happening so quickly, I rinse em off as soon as I get back to the marina. Then like Lauren said - Spray and Wash - then in the washing machine.

I wear white boardshorts at the Delta. Delta water is Dirty. If I ever really care that much to whiten them up, I use bleach. I did it once because I was waste deep in mud when I was riding and the boat driver didnt turn left when he was supposed to and we had to walk the boat out of 2' deep water. My shorts were black after that day and now they are white again. I've been there, done that. Hopefully this ends the post.

Actually there is this stuff called BIZ that I use to wash my white shorts and keep them from getting the "delta tinge".

Put a little bit in the sink and let them soak for five minutes every few times you wear them atleast.
