Danny, If you have a trampoline or access to one it would help tremendously. You need to try and push your chest toward the sky when you start your rotation, this should help you flip in a more layout type position. This will slow your rotation slightly so you need to make sure that you wait for the pop off of the wake. This should be the most relaxed invert that you can do so really concentrate on slowing it down and laying it out. Let me know if this helps, good luck! Chase
