Just wanted to show everyone a few pictures of the new Oakley feature at the TXMC Wake Park. We've spent the past two weeks building this 12' x 60' wallride turnaround under the System 2.0 and it worked out perfectly. We had a contest on it Friday night before the Pro Tour and Tom Fooshee, Brian Sasser, and Clay Stewart were just killing it on the wallride and people loved watching it, and all the people that hit it, pros and local amateurs alike, said it was the best feature they have ever hit.

Now it's your turn to hit it, so come out to the TXMC Wake Park at Texas Mastercraft and check it out! Big thanks to Oakley and Brad Melear for helping pay for the feature and to everyone that helped build it over the past two weeks.

Been waiting so long for somebody to do a big ole banked "C" wall like that. A+

Glad you guys like it. It's been absolutely perfect for the turnarounds on the 2.0 because before that the shore was too close to do a left to right turnaround at that end of the cable.

Probably one of the sickest obstacles i've seen. This thing would be amazing at the first corner of McCormicks because of the 3 tower setup down there. Just whip ya right around that thing and no one cares about doing flats tricks on that side of the lake. It would also work just as well at OWC on the first turn except they would somehow figure out how to build the exact same obstacle for $50k. lol

We used a product called Rumber that can be found at rumber.com. It seems to slide really well.

That's Clay Stewart in all the pics. He works out at TXMC Wake Park and is a local rider from Aledo, TX west of Ft. Worth.

And we will be installing a sprinkler system on the top of the wallride soon so that the surface always stays wet.

this thing is sick. It was awesome watching everyone slide it at the cable contest friday night. Except for when the guy slide off the top of it.

I had the honor of being out @ TXMC wakepark all last week. I helped Brian, Casey, Collin & the rest of the crew, put that wall ride together & let me tell you it is super sick! If you ever get out to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, definately stop by & take it for a spin, you wont be disappointed. I cant say enoough nicve things about Brian & everyone else @ Texas MC, they treated us like family and they have a world class faciluty there. Thanx again!!

Gabe Lucas went over the top Friday night at the contest.

I'm downloading over 2 hours of GoPro footage onto my hard drive right now so I should have a video for everyone later this weekend. This will be my first edit, so I don't have FinalCut or anything like that yet, so bear with me on my edits!

Yeah that was me that went off the back on Sun. Line was a hair too long & I was really hangin it off the back. It looks way worse than it is....as long as u land in the water...lol! Cant say enough how fun that thing is. Plus u now have a feature in what is normally just a turn-a-round. Reminds me of alot of the "C" box features u see on in the snowparks. I hear there's talk of another one goin the opposite way at the other end! I told Brian i"d come back to help with that one too!!

Nice little edit, Andrew. I liked the POV perspective and the old school Zeppelin as well. Makes me want to wall ride RIGHT NOW!!

Sic Andrew....nice to see everyone in there. I'll be back real soon to have some more fun on that thing. Like that Brian added the up-ramp, now I can make a safe charge on the skate.

Glad you guys like the video! It's a great feature and everyone that has ridden it says it's their favorite feature that they've ever been on, including a lot of top pro riders. So if you're ever in the area, make sure you stop by to check it out.

Here's another video from TXMC Wake Park. I'm starting to get the editing settings down so this one is a lot higher quality. Hope you like it.

That wall ride looks like the most fun obstacle i have seen at a cable. It seems like you really have to edge into it to have good speed off the end. How close is the dock to the other side of the wall ride? Is it possible to hit or is it only possible really to fall off into the shallow water?
