what lake are you going to, I live in moorpark. I did the same thing for school. I took a class that had a sony-vx2000 camera and the editing software was adobe premiere 6.0. When i got in the class I found out that all of the projects have to be able to benifit the community. So i went to sports-ltd for wakeboard safety, and to tilly's marine for the boat safety, and then all of the wakeboarding shots were filmed at castaic. the project ended up being alright. We called the film Hit It! So dont call it that. if you want to see the trailer to the video go to my website
www.geocities.com/wadalot. Good luck with the video and let me know when you are going i could get some other people to come as well.

Thats a cool little trailer, umm the lake were think about are probably castaic or peiro or whatever its called and maybe some norcal stuff. Im new to this area. I slo go to brooks int. of photography so the subject is pretty much open as far as i know. Its probably going to be a lot of boarding with some interviews. Were going to be shooting on a Dvx 100(24p) and cutting it on final cut. Or session starts in two weeks and we will start it probably 4 weeks im just getten stuff together.

travis,

the following are some so cal riders who ride mostly castaic/peru/bv and are on this board:

chris williams (pro rider):

gideon lee:

jason onori:

brandon poser:

they're all great riders and i film them all the time, so im sure they'd be fine with having you come out and shoot.

there are more folks on this list of the castaic wake syndicate, tho it may be a bit out of date (it's not really a club, just a contact sheet for folks who ride castaic to coordinate):

Travis, I posted on the other thread you started but anyway I'm available. I'm down in San Diego and we can use my boat if you end up shooting down this way - Elsinore, Perris, or San Vicente. If you shoot up north at Castaic or Piru I'm willing to come up and help but probably wouldn't want to tow my boat that far thru LA.

Daniel, if you are ever down in Bako, look me up, I would be stoked to ride with you. I hope that I could do the same if I head up your way. I should see you down at a few of the Canyon comps this year too.
