Anyway, Im trying to do some front and back flips but geeez I get really dizzy. I feel like Im gonna throw up after just a couple. Anyone have any idea on what I can do?

There is not much advise we can give you with that. If your getting dizzy all I can say is sit down, and drink water. Once you start doing them alot you shouldn't get as dizzy because your body is used to doing the flip in the air.

Ginger Snap cookies help settle that seasick feeling. I'd also bet that you have a mesh net surrounding your tramp. Pick a spot further out of your visual range so your eyes don't keep trying to focus on the mesh. Should help.

My kids have a trampoline too. Does it help? Do you use a handle tied to the post? Do you let your feet go wherever?

Ray, I went out there the other day and tried again. I did one flip and nearly tossed my breakfast. I was nausiated for 2 days. It's weird, when I was a kid I could do them all day long. Im thinking inverts may not be in the cards for me. As far as the tramp helping? I can practice other things like 360's and stuff like that. I think it helps a bit. I just need to get back out there and do it.

You should go to the Dr. and have your ears checked. It sounds kind of like vertigo????
