A similar question may have been posted before but I haven't seen it. So, on the transits, the laces are really long once tightened all the way, where do you put them to keep them from flying around everywhere?

The bell clip on the end of the laces clips anywhere. I put them down on the lace closest to my toes. Most of the time I do it Watson style and just let em hang out (gives you more air time supposedly )

O...Well the 05 laces are like 12" longer than the 04's, and I let mine fly so...let em fly!

Marcus, tried cutting them. Remove the plastic ends then loosen the laces all the way(so you'll know you have enough room to get your feet in) and kinda just eye it, then cut them. It wont make too big off a difference but it'll be about 3-4 inches shorter.

I have this rediculous fear that if I let them fly one of the loops will get caught around my toe and rip it off if my foot come out on a hard spill
