Why is getting hold of slingshot so hard?!

I have been trying to get some slingshot gear sent to the UK for the past few weeks because the UK distributer doesnt have the bindings I want in stock.

I have been in regular email contact with Jeff Roberts the international sales manager but now i cant get hold of him. Since he last emailed me (a week ago) I have sent 4 emails and left 2 voicemails for him.

I know that buy importing gear myself my local store will not honour the warranty. But to be honest I dont know how much thats worth since slingshots communication is so bad.

Its a real shame because they have some great products that could take the market by storm if they would just organise themselves a bit better!

Over here in England I have just spoken to a guy at MKwake cable park who sell slingshot. He said they have guys desperate for bindings but just cant get the stock from the states.

If anyone has some size 12 floyds, d2's or d3s that they want to sell Pm me!

Have you tried emailing Slingshot at info@slingshotsports.com? This will forward your inquiry directly to the appropriate customer service rep who will be more than happy to offer any help in making decisions as to which board or boots to buy.

Like most other wake brands, however, they don't sell directly to customers so you will have to order online if you can't find what you want there in the UK.
