What kind of lake shore footage do you all have?

220ft waterfront, 1.5 acres of land, my grandfather has owned the place in the background for 32 years now. We added the full upstairs, bedroom on the left side of the picture, and extended the porch making it a full 65ft of screened relaxation. Picture already posted once.

^^ Sun Peaks is just out of Kamloops which is about 2hrs away and is a smaller version of whistler. They are planning a new resort which will be about half an hour away which would be sweet. Merritt itself doesn't get a lot of snow in the winter, the region is quite dry. Less then 10" of rain a year.
