Corecell top, eps bottom, d-cell rails. Single concave twinzer. Just needs final lamination and the HD inserts shaped down.

D-cell skins top and bottom, full perimeter basswood stringer, d-cell rails. Square tail, quad, single to double concave. Basswood connections through fin boes and connecting rails.

Needs top skin laminated, stringer insert fill, exterior lamination

My favorite ride. Corecell skins, balsa rails, eventually wrapped with carbon. Twin fin.

Excited to see how these turn out. It would be great if you had access to some stress test equipment to "scientifically" compare the stiffness of each. Or there is always the old "put the board between two chairs and jump up and down" test.... :-)

Do you mean the: "snap the board in two test?" :-) My hollow carbon and balsa I can stand on like that, not so sure about these!

I was reading somewhere about a guy using one of those fish scales - where you hook it up to the fish and then hoist it in the air - I guess using something similar and then pulling on the board - hopefully not until it snapped, but to some pre-determined flex or deflection amount.

I think I'll just stand on mine in the water :-) I can guarantee with 100% confidence that they'll float. :-)
